Whenever the Chinese are buying something they have an incredible ability to keep a lid on the shareprice as long as they can.
TIE current takeover is a great example.
The Chinese bid 58c a few months ago and the stockprice stays at 58-61c and completely ignored the recent +25% Gold rally.
The Chinese bidder then accumulated +30 million more shares and has know last week increased the takeover bid to 68c..
But still they keep a lid on the shareprice currently at 64c
Just have to be patient...
MTC other biggest Chinese shareholder paid 40c back on 22/12/2022 in a placement when Gold was just $1,800 so they will not accept anything less than a cash upfront bid on settlement of +45c for sure.
