In a word, it's all about MANAGEMENT from now. Except for a botched cr (perhaps chastening the BoD), cited on one of the two latest threads, management have been solid; with the drill bit happily surprising.

Hey Ocean,

DCN have a fixed price contract for the plant. So no risk in construction, unless you are meaning the U/G development?

Looking forward to some of the possible options that DCN might be able to come up with mill wise.
