Having a CEO buying on the market can be a double-edged sword. It could be seen to calm the market to weather incoming bad news. you know .. ‘oh…i am in red too just like everone else’. So not necessary a positive thing.
I’d rather give TO and his team share performance rights what they deserved baaed on the achieved key milestones.
