ftwind: If or when (like in my case) AD runs in the family (mother's father and mother dying from it), this disease (respectively finding something really efficient against it) is much more important than getting any financial profit from it!
However, I do not mind at all that a lot of people invest in many different companies involved in the fight against AG just purely for financial gain purposes. After all, all those companies do NEED the financial means to get the research done.
And, at the end of the day, the company or companies that will find part or all of the solution to the problem will do sensationally well. Huge risk / reward play in that sense!
