true, its not a big deal and the options won't adversely effect current or future holders. but just a bit sneaky cause the ASX had to force their hand to provide some of the deal details. its reflective of the mngt attitude of keeping us uninfomed. it taints an otherwise good announcement cause they were forced to qualify their first announcement. in the context of events, "a number of other termination events common to agreements of this type" looks rather ominous, and the market reaction today seems to show a similar sentiment. i think the 300% CR is a good one, announcement could have been managed a bit better.
