I wonder when what dates this clause refers to - on 29th Dec 2015 the S&P (ASX) 200 was at 5319 and on the 20th Jan it was 4841 which would be a 9.1% drop.
As usual TS is very vague with his get out of jail clauses - anyone have an idea of what the low water marks is for this?
"If the S&P 200 falls more than 10% at any time from execution of the Underwriting Agreement up to the date of closing;"
