In principle I agree with you - I don't like the look of underwritten DRPs. What I did notice re-reading the announcement is that the issue price is said to be the average of the ten daily VWAPs not the more usual VWAP of all sales over the 10 days thus leaving scope for the issue price to be manipulated one way or the other on low volume days.
