re: Ann: Underwriting with Wilson HTM Corpora... I assume any unconverted OB's by the holder will be taken up by the underwriter, so I would think that all concerned expect that the share price will be above 10c. in Oct. or higher allowing for the 53m. extra shares on the company register.
As far as the share price of the OB's anything could happen at least we know big names have confidence.
