This move by DEG provides stability to the company. Its a short term lost of value that will reverse plus shareholders have the opportunity to pick up rights at 30% below current share value.
Why wouldn't you:
- Indee Gold - 100% ownership = 1.7mill oz
- Money for exploration - this will grow resource
- Lots of upside in Pilbara Gold Gravels / Novo buy-in.
- Can see light in tunnel leading to production
