Stock is now as worthless as management plan. Assets should have been put up for sale and sold before any such deal like this was executed. Management self serving charade continues with "we want to build a mine". Yeah! Right. I wouldn't trust these guys to fund a lemonade stand now.
The new, upcoming "Board of Directors" need to assess all strategic options. Never seen such a pathetic outcome from such a promising land package. Heads need to roll.
