Under Funding risks:
$629m flagged as Project related infers at least another $600 - $700m debt or equity to come later?
Either way - surely this clears the air which has been smelling of "cap raise" for a while. DEG has not really responded to recent increases in POG and perhaps this will be seen as a significant de-risking and re-rate? GLTAH
Note - I hold via GOR and hoping and assuming that they fully participate to maintain their 19.9% share. This infers almost $120m in from GOR - they have approx $146m in cash so I expect they are in!
