    How much time and development will that buy?

    Enough to get over the (production) line?

    $290k doesn't get you much in ASX land, and an extra 290 million shares after conversion (worth $3 mill sometime by 2016) is an......interesting tactic by management.

    And it will be interesting to see how supportive shareholders are.
