re: Ann: Underwritten Entitlement Offer Confi... Farmboy not sure how equal any of these are for existing shareholders whom have been holding for an extended period of time. This is not the only company which drags it's feet when moving from exploration company to producer and in the mean time diluting the share registry to the shizenhouse. Have been very disappointed with this company's lack of foresight for more than a year now and to me the only ones benefitting from it are the top brass.

To me all company's which require a large cash injection should move when the shareprice is buoyant not wait till the last minute when normally the shareprice is under pressure. Company's surely know well in advance what it takes in dollar terms to move things forward whilst not affecting shareholders adversely.

My holdings which are larger than some of the directors has basically been halved by this latest announcement. Do I cough up another 100k+ to try and recoup some of the losses i have just incurred? I have been letdown by directors so often that this year will be the last that I try to make money on the stockmarket and will revert to property investment where my money is not at risk by unscrupulous directors.
