petepan. you may be correct on 10,000 over 2 year timeframe but don't forget that of the 940,000 patients , about 1/2 ie 470,000 are > 65 and are fully reimbursed, so why wouldn't they have a free 10 minute test whilst you are at your clinic anyway. Plus the clinic is getting paid very nicely so they will be suggesting you have it done. This could take 5 years but the penetration to the > 65 market could easily be 25% and using your $50 after cogs ( which is probably a bit light) and 3 tests p.a (also a bit light) that's $17.625m. Costs outside cogs won't be $10m in my view.
