Have you read the prospectus yet? Is there a shift in company's focus?

In case of full subscription, 30% would be spent on Dimer where as in the case of Minimum Subscription only 26.25 % will be spent on Dimer. However in both cases the percentage amount allocated to Rover and Yarbu remains unchanged and percentage allocation for NSW mine goes up from around 7% to 11%.

to be honest really disheartened with this raise so trying to stay offline for mental health reasons

funny thing is value of admin costs goes up by 5 times if its fully subscribed

im just going to wait for the dimer JORC now

ive sent the company an email asking for an answer for their reasoning to this bloody raise. no more excuses

I suggest other holders do the same.

might have to just call for a vote to get a few ppl removed if it goes on this way im sure a few holders here together have enough shares to call for this. who knows we might just get a new chairman old one doesn't seem to be doing jack all

anyhow lets just wait and see

unless we get results soon its really going to kill the momentum of this stock. I've been holding for 2 years don't want to be holding at .6c for 2 more.
