It's because the total amount of shares on issue increased with the institutional Placement and will increase even further, after the 1 for 10 Rights offer.
So however big your slice (# of shares you owned) of the pie (total amount of shares on issue) was a few days ago, it'll be smaller now - the pie just got larger (and is about to get larger still). This is normal - nothing to worry about. You have to decide whether you want to buy more @ 6 cents. I would recommend basing that decision on how the share price behaves in the next couple weeks (i.e. it should stay well above 6 cents).
