Yet another non holder...big surprise.
Do you really think an underwriter would put up <$2m if they weren't sure of big things to come?
Some people on here just sook non stop for the sake of it.
Do you think Nor are just inventing all these Affinion customers, and the whole "term sheets" stage?
I'd be expecting either Affinion deal or other good news (maybe more Corona or something else) prior to the closing date, if they really want holders to take up the offer...
Otherwise more for the underwriter, and they wouldn't be fully underwriting unless they expected things to start happening with Nor.
We just have to keep the patience a bit longer.. it's all up to Nor, if they want to keep holders somewhat happy and keen to take the offer, they need to ensure the price is well in to the 2's at absolute least.
1 big revenue deal is all it takes, and we can see 5c from 1.8. Everyone is watching Nor, so many ex holders waiting to get back in when the time looks right.
Even 2c is so far oversold and undervalued, it's just thile timing of the raise (whether or not it is to satisfy a big Affinion customer ready to sign now the bank balance is guaranteed $2m stronger)..
This stock can fly from 2.8-5.7 on no news at all. We know what it could do now they are in so much of a better position, so much further established and on the verge of big deals.. actual big news could set it off soon.. and once there is good revenue, all confidence will return.
If/when that first big deal (major credit card mob) lands, the market will notice.. and hopefully we see a big spike on the NORth chart.
