Well yes managements claims that the share price is low because of board upheaval is bogus. The price hit a low of 4.5 cents back in June, so one could argue that board upheaval has actually stabilised the share price.
Fair call to the board member of EXG/ Bakers Creek your not the worst performing gold stock and indeed some have gone under, but your pretty damn close! I can only think of Kingsgate Consolidated that has done worse, but I can't think of too many other examples.
