Excellent post CNC, bit emotive with some of the language, "lust for power" etc, etc which has got some of the horses a bit excited in the stables.

I think a lot of investors realize that the Board structure is probably inappropriate for a producer with 3 geologists on it. What is needed is a considered change and improvement with the right skill sets for the future.
