I agree there is a reason why there is no price listed. I believe there will be something that may spike the SP before the close date. For what we know about this company and management this would make sense in my opinion.
I can't control the amount of shares that I receive from a Spp and the price and have been sold short a few times on good stock I wanted more of. So I have made the decision to buy now on market to place the control in my corner. If I'm wrong so it goes it won't be a big issue. We shall see.
For such a small Spp I can't see myself getting anywhere near the allocation Im after.
Only time will tell.
Hopefully no earthquake's!! (joking)..
