I mean Fareki, you've just got to look at our CEO Andrew Peti, he's only on $150k a year with incentivised options he can only exercise in 3 years if he reaches targets. He has a lot of experience in the game coming from NGA Tahu seafoods (NTS) which is next door to our new premises and on the other side of the fence Talleys that export NZ mussels globally world renown. We're situated in the best spot for our business with these guys next door.
These guys are upfront no BS and actually are a tight knit community in Christchurch. This ain't a lifestyle company, it's a new company kicking goals and keeping ahead of the game for us and them, that's all it is from what I can see.
