The crude selection of aspersions of management is in poor taste IMO.

We can not and should not yet be doing these type of polls as their are complexities that need to be understood and clarified.

There is certainly disappointment that this CR and the Top Up is being tabled and is not in the best interest of all shareholders.

To insinuate they are looking after themselves is not our belief and is an unfair comment to be polled and has no foundation and throws into question their integrity. This is not the case.

Lets not forget this dilution will also affect Management too.

Happy to say we do have a fair number of Top 40s that have come together and will be formally making contact with Management tomorrow to request a constructive level of engagement to see how we can assist the company and be of assistance in moving forward.

Management have the right to change the dates of the SPP and the Top Up and we shall be looking for the company to defer this for a period of time with a view so we can engage in discussions and that will be up to management.
