to be fair I don't think they can say gtd they will be funded without a CR because they don't know 100% if that's true. if they put that out there and it doesn't occur it would be a disaster. the vwap takes the last 5 days of trading before the SPP closes so 28th-1st is when it gets averaged.
I have no doubt TB would love to say after this we won't need to CR again but to do so without factual evidence would be ridiculous. similar to some hear regurgitating 'fully fenced' over and over like it was a commandment struck out into a rock by baby Jesus Christ..
