My enthusiasm is not around the capital raise, but rather the other information pointing to the remaining financing of the project.
My focus is on the SP in 12 months not 1 month.
My hope is that there is an announcement prior to the end of November confirming remaining finance has been secured. If not then so be it, but the info provided seems to point to the fact that remaining financing could be confirmed and announced in the next month or two.
