Diamond is a shell for BRU, Mitsubishi have a funding arrangement with BRU for a carry of $9million until the end of 2016 with a further $18m available if BRU is able to meet increased production targets (2.5-3kbopd and then 5kbopd).
Thats the basics. The fine detail is possibly a little bit flexible. I would have hoped testing Ungani 3 would have been funded from this, but perhaps its not the case.
