* Interesting that visits appear to be down, but spending going up? Less people visits centres but they are spending more when they do?
* AREPS guidance is lifted again, are we getting a div after the FY results? Even if it is 1/2 of AREPS, would be close to a 10% div yield unless my maths is way off
Controversial thought: UK continues to stink, are our UK centres a basket case like the entire country? Maybe we should piss them off along with the US
