Sky, there is no CR in Feb. You dont need to worry abt that.
The only event in Feb is the EGM, with agenda #1 to be voted; "Yes" (as rec by BOD).
#1 contemplates the issuance of 20% CS as payment for prem + divs in connection with the conv on pref stk as held by DGF. None of this raises funds - UNS already received full payment for the pref stk which was $7.5M
