re: Ann: Unilife - Earnings Release Conferenc... I am new to HC however have held this stock for a while.

I think the conference call will provide no further info apart from the usual "it's coming". I do hope I am wrong though.

Under market disclosure requirements if a company is aware of information (ie a contract that has been executed and is to be announced on the conference call) don't they have to immediately disclose and not wait for said call? Not 100% across this point.

Forbes article I agree is a rehash of old rubbish however we are certainly at a turning point in terms of what has been disclosed about future groqwth and earnings guidance and management now have to deliver.

I think the SP got ahead of itself over the last few days and I think we are back at "normal" levels pre any further announcement - no need to panic IMO.
