xfire - you are not the first to think that some on HC seem to be so aligned with the company that their impartiality is in question.
Anyway - there will always be differing opinions on how best to rasie capital: some think this raising is great news for eveyone. Others, including myself, think that some cash is good but that it the large amount raised at 85cents with free options attached is more dilutive than we needed at this stage and that we could have raised our money going forward at significantly better prices without options thrown in.
Either way its done now - I suggest we now wait and see where things go from here
