Hear, hear, 64!
Is there such a thing as too much money? Not in my book. Which is why it wouldn't surprise me to see SPP over-subscriptions, if any, taken up, and not scaled back as some are fearing. Could be wrong, but with the economic future looking uncertain going into 2010, some of the old adages - never look a gift horse in the mouth, a bird in the hand, and a stitch in time - could well prove prescient. Guess we'll know soon enough.
