Dont worry about todays price, all we to know and focus on is the company's value.
This announcement looks okay, a bit of a nothing announcement at first glance but when we are dealing with RFT who announces next to nothing, it may have some greater significance than its understated tone suggests.
Two things from my reading last night I'd like answered:
1. Why did c&d divest this division? Non core or perhaps non competitive against unipower?
2. Unrelated to the ann., but notice that chargepoint.com has the efacec 50kw charger but not the 24kw for its partners, why would that be?
