You have a pretty strong grasp of the income options out there. Most of those I've never heard of (except for MXT and PL8).
I'm quite boring in the income department with the following making up my portfolio for income:
- Top 200 ASX ETF
- Centuria Industrial REIT
- La Trobe 12 month credit fund (not ASX, but still really good for income and capital stability)
I had considered PL8 previously but so much crossover with the ASX ETF.
