UMG has outstanding shares 254.30 million, of which he owns 4,000, so 1.574803149e-3 % of the company
At $3.80 there are ~8 m shares being distributed in the revised $30.6m raising:
((4000 / 254300000) * 30600000) / 3.8 = 126.66349318045 = 127 shares = rounded up to 264 because it's below the minimum for dilution
