My understanding on this is as follows:

1)minimum allocation 264 shares,
2) max 7895 shares you can get, provided you held the same at record date and applied for,
3) remaining pro-rata applicants will receive a number of New Shares that at least maintains their percentage shareholding in United Malt as at the Record Date (but again subjected to max $30k) eg. You held less but applied for more will fall in this category but will get proportional scaled back allocation as it's oversubscribed.
