I don't gets this. your observation appears to be they've spent cash to produce inventory. personally I've never bought anything from an empty shop so I'm not sure where your observation goes. same for selling someone else's tech, of course the margins are lower. but here's the play, got stock to sell, can sell it. got high tech specialty items to sell that no one else does, buy from supplier, sell to customer, clip the profit. strategy looks fine to me, am I missing something in your observations?
