    I think Steve Sage has been hard done by here. He is correct, 'off the shelf' when the customer wants to order 'fit for purpose and to specification' isn't a commercialy logical fit, never has been.
    In this instance, it would appear that what is or was 'on the shelf', suits the customer because of the urgency involved. A wonderful situation because once on the inner circle, future or follow up orders are so much easier to obtain.
    Roll on these 'small fish' $2m orders - the market likes them and repeat orders are a terrific way to solidify a business. The move to Ohio is an absolutely logical decision.
