Must agree re a "solution", incentive, substantive numbers. That 60 mil isn't narcy, IMO, probably the Nominee managers, like Citicorp or BNP Paribas, doing some balancing and tax meddling. Narcy is just a vindictive, penny pinching pest, BUT, what a pest he has been, and, apparently, still is!! Reasonable retort at the end?.
