It depends on where the revenue comes from, it might be unreasonable to estimate $12 per month per subscriber in some territories they announced like Thailand, Safaricom Kenya, and Bulgaria. The starting service access price is certainly lower than in EU. The revenue could go from $1 to $10 per subscriber depending on where the customers are and the service rates over there.
