I think with high interest rates and many investors with mortgages in Aus it's just hard to find that spare cash to invest.

Thats why I like 'some' small caps like Unith where a small amount could be just as effective mid term to get compounding returns.

Companies without cash in the bank and continued losses won't be able to raise in this economy.

I think Unith has a good buffer to succeed through to success.
