Not sure - Maybe trying to hold back the price to pick up cheap parcels from weak hands and will let go once news flows? Bizarre one as clearly a substantial holder who IMO is taking a big risk for a relatively small gain. Maybe needs help. Top 20 register should tell us who this is. Do we have a copy?
