Most of past Peak capital raises were done for green field mining explorers where the actual mining may be multiple years away if it is at all feasible.
If I am a Sophisticated investor, I will not bat an eye lid to sell as soon as possible after getting the shares. The future is not quantifiable and too distant away.
But UNT is at the right place and at the right time where it is is known that they are being scrutinised and working with some of the Big 5.
As UNT works with such opportunities, do you seriously believe the market cap is worth only $25m.
The sophisticated investors do not work as a single block. Some will sell if they think this is like a 'green field explorer' and they are happy with
a few dimes.
But some see a deal of a life time that will set them up.
Let the new shares washed through and let each one proceed according to what he/she sees.
