they will be scaled back quite a bit if the offer size is only $500k.
Im sure there will be more than 17 shareholders asking for $30k worth of shares.
Company has never had a SPP in conjunction with the last 3 raisings so maybe this was added so as to lessen the complains when the share price really takes off this time
