I received the same, VERY prompt reply, good on you Sam for reporting it to Idan, many more should instead of posting whinges on HC. Shareholders OWN the company, they are entitled to express their concerns directly to the boss.

Very many of us do that Year15, it's a win/win, seller gets cashed up to take up the offer and doesn't lose exposure and company ends up with the cash.
And, I think several here hit it on the head about why else Dom sold, I had no doubts.
I wish him well, not pleasant to have to sell those shares for personal reasons.
How many others have sold their shares for personal reasons, just read what Telluride just posted.
I've done it many, many times, just buy back ASAP, if you can afford to.
