No directors apart from Dom have sold any of their shares and as you’ve stated in regards to the escrowed option
Dom has been a majority shareholder since the dawn of time on CM8 pre UNT
He has held his shares and accumulated his holding well over the 5 years which a fair chunk was bought on market throughout that period
His selling is poor timing even I had to admit, but if he needed the cash, he needed the cash
May not be happy about the sale in hindsight if the share price begins to move forward over the coming months, but he will still have his very large stack and I do believe he will be holding the rest of what he has acquired through this new journey and era UNT is about to embark on
