Well, it looks like they will have a sale next Sep with a view to paying off debt. they can sell at 90% with no penalty at that time, and then every 3 months will have another sale, so it looks good that will be debt free in 15 months or so and then we might get a chance to see a capital return.
Just hope that credit markets can hold up for the time being.
