Very Interesting to read that whilst the valuation was unaudited they are in the process of an audited valuation and that can only mean one thing, they are preparing to be listed.
I am very confident from my prior dealings with a private company going public that the valuation upon listing will be substantially higher than the current valuation.
Remember only one of our directors came from a stock broking background and would be the most informed in terms of valuations of companies so it’s not hard to see why they would want control of Unith.
Dont be surprised that upon a listing our 10% stake is worth more than double our current market cap alone and will also be able to be sold providing the company with the much needed capital to turn Unith into a billion dollar company.
The picture is starting to get clearer in terms of why the battle in the boardroom.
