@gassed point 2 is incorrect.
Shareholders are only entitled to 1:7 on the shares they hold on the 16 feb. The entitlement didn't start on the date of the announcement. So any shares you sell prior to 16 feb you lose your entitlement on those shares. The only way those selling today will benefit from the entitlement is if they believe the share price is going to drop further and they buy back in and hold until Feb 17.
