Sorry @gassed, I think I have blundered on in there, and not interpreted your point 2 as you intended. I think I see the point you're making it did have me scratching my head for a while. Cash strapped holders selling a portion of their holdings so they can claim their full entitlement on their REMAINING holdings, the carrot being they have the free options waiting in the wings. At the same time those that buy are now eligible to contribute more to the company's coffers by exercising their entitlement.
