No other motive but sinister self interest from the Blakes and their related parties that will ultimately get what they deserve.
The positive is they see the true future value of Unith and our investments
, the negative is both sides show complete disregard for their long-term and current investors.

At these levels I will still be buying, but Idan needs to execute and move from product development to sales & revenue. Salespeople.

Well that is exactly what's required here, find Premium customers that are willing to pay for your tech as it stands so you don't have to continue dilution.

Who cares about a partnership if you're not getting paid?
