    you can do nothing and if sale goes through in August or if there is a better successful bid just wait to collect your money. Otherwise sell as close to $5 as you can get and forget about 11c dividend which reduces $5 anyway. Depends upon your own situation re tax etc as to what is best. Either way co disappears from ASX.
